In 1992 Palletline pioneered the introduction of a hub and bespoke distribution system, for palletised goods, launching the UK first overnight delivery service with onward links to Ireland and Europe. The original members comprised, K J Hackling (John Hackling Transport Ltd), R H Russett (Premier Distribution Ltd), C R Sturgess (C.R.S. Group), and J S Watt (Kenny Transport Ltd) and these then later founded Palletline Distribution Limited to cover the West Midlands area. Palletline Distribution Limited and the Palletline system, Palletline Plc, have the same name due to the origination of the system, and except for this, Palletline Distribution Limited is an entirely independent transport company allowing comprehensive additional services to the customer. Through dedication and hard work by all employees the company has grown and prospered; now employing approximately 25 professionals. The company has also a dedicated sub-contracted fleet of delivery/collection vehicles and our own assets include a fleet of trailers, tractor units and forklift trucks. Recognising the importance of information technology in today’s market the company has and will continue to invest in this sector. Palletline Distribution Limited through dedication and hard work, by every member of its team, has established itself as a key member of the Palletline system and a leading West Midlands distribution company and will endeavour to always remain so.
